Primary Care at Neighborhood Health
Everyone at Neighborhood Health has a deep commitment to the health and wellbeing of our patients regardless of their background or circumstances. Our patients are at the reason that we do this work. We strive to provide care that aligns with our patients' goals and preferences.
We provide primary care for the whole family. Our model of care is both comprehensive and integrated and includes not only medical care but also behavioral health, dental care, medication assistance, labs, case management, and referral to community resources – all in one setting.

We offer our patients same day and next day appointments and as evening and weekend options at some locations. Our staff speak multiple languages. Our patients have access to an online patient portal and an after-hours advice line.
We strive to provide our patients with the highest quality primary care. Neighborhood Health has a highly qualified and dedicated team of health care professionals. We have consistently won awards for quality metrics including a National Quality Leader award for performing among the top 5% of health centers nationally.

How We Make A Difference
“My provider is an excellent doctor. I could not find a better doctor to care for me than her, nor could I find someone that could care for my wellbeing like she does. I like everything about the clinic from the attention they give me to the follow up about my health. I love how kind the doctor is. Even though she has many patients, she knows all the patients and their medical histories. She is attentive to her patients’ health.”
“The staff was great. I needed an emergency appointment for my child and it was given right at the time that I wanted, the next day. The doctor explained everything well.”
“My provider is extremely competent, knowledgeable, caring, relatable, and professional. I also like the support staff. They are always very helpful, very calm, and make me feel like it is a safe, non-judgmental environment.”
“Everybody cares. They call you when there is an appointment. They send you messages and call you. When you go there, the staff is so nice, they helps you with everything. They answer your questions. When you see the doctor, when you go to behavioral health, or go to the dentist, they are all very helpful.”
“My behavioral health provider actively tracks the progress of the patient. She tells you this is where we are, this is where we need to go, and this is what we have achieved this far. I think this is exceptional. She doesn’t just have a discussion with you about your problems. She actually monitors where you are , what progress you made, and what progress you hope to make.”
“The provider has helped my son a lot with anxiety and outbursts he has sometimes. I like the counselor; she is excellent. My son likes her too. She is really good with kid. She listens and provides ideas on how to manage their problems. It really has helped him. For us, it was perfect.”
“I liked the professionals of the dental team here. They are most concerned about what will benefit the patients I’ve been in the medical field for much of my life and their sense of what they can do to help you makes me go and tell more people about the services here.”
“The provider is awesome. She is excellent. I have been seeing her for years now. Regardless of my insurance I will continue to come here.”
“Through the diabetes classes here I have learned more in a month than in my twenty five years with diabetes. My A1C has dropped by three points. The team here, my doctor, her medical assistant, nurse, and case manager have been wonderful. I love this clinic.”
“What I liked most about my last visit is that there was a social worker who helped me a lot with my bills. They help me a lot.”
